This settlement includes people exposed to Roundup or other weed killers ("Roundup Products") in the U.S. before February 17, 2026. Monsanto has agreed to pay up to $7.25 billion to settle these claims.

Your Options

The Court will hold a hearing on July 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CT to decide whether to approve the settlement. Court-appointed lawyers represent you and are paid from the settlement.

Get Benefits

If you have an NHL diagnosis:

  • After the Court grants final approval of the settlement, you will have 180 days to register for benefits
  • File a claim within 180 days after any appeals are resolved

If you get NHL later:

  • No need to register now
  • File a claim within 6 years of diagnosis or before the 16th Annual Payment Date
